Construction Framework

The Contracting Authority wishes to put in place a framework of suppliers through which it and other Contracting Authorities can at its and their discretion procure estates and construction works over a 4 year period.

Time limit to for receipt of tenders or request to participate is 12/02/2019, 12 noon, requests for tender documents to be made to tenders@driver-group.com

Additional information: Any resulting contract will be considered as a contract made in England according to English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. All discussions will be in English.

The Contracting Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to cancel this award procedure at any time. The Contract Award Criteria will be provided in the Invitation to Tender.

The Contracting Authority shall not be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing interest in, negotiation or tendering fro this opportunity.

The successful tenderers will be required to give undertakings that they will comply with all UK and EU legislation standard and applicable guidance.

All dates detailed in this Contract Notice are approximate and are subject to change.
