An online survey with a sample size of a minimum of 21,000 per year. As we would require monthly outputs this would equate to approximately 300 responses per Highways England Region (of which we have 6) per month. (SE and M25 are considered as one region)

The survey will be focused on people who use our roads and the survey will continue to look to positively influence the customer service plan commitments.

The survey will provide information for a range of users within the business (SES, Ops, MP, Comms) and be used as a feedback mechinism of SRN users (including drivers, riders, passengers and professional drivers).

The service provided will comprise of the following:

-15-20 minute monthly online survey with core and flexible questions on journey experiences for the latest journey of c1750 respondents.
-Questionnaire review and updating
-Raw data to create Power BI dasboards to make the data more visual for project teams/internal customers. The data feeds in various project and Exec reports
-Monthly reporting of key indicators and one "topic of interest per month"
-Additional Ad-hoc analysis as required
