description

This project is to appoint a Consultant to evaluate and report on the full range of benefits (quantitative and qualitative including behavioural change) for the Electric Van try-before-you-buy programme. National Highways invested £12.5M in this type of scheme designed to encourage businesses to make the switch from diesel vans to electric (zero emission at the tailpipe) alternatives. Such investment was beyond business as usual for National Highways and was an important element of the Air Quality Designated Fund programme.
