Leicestershire County Council has identified a need to review the resilience of its ICT infrastructure. The County Council is a large, complex organisation delivering an extensive range of public services to the population of Leicestershire, around 650,000 people. The County Council’s revenue budget for 2016/17 is £345m with a capital programme of £98m.
