description

The Demolition works comprise the complete demolition and clearance of the site for the purpose of redevelopment. The potential of ACM's present on the site has not been able to be assessed due to the stability of the existing structure.

Due to the condition of the existing structure, adjacent structures, business use of adjacent buildings and the adjacent transport infrastructure, all works must progress with caution.

Tenderers must attend an accompanied site visit to be arranged with the project manager to view the existing site prior to submission of tender. NTU currently have no right of access from the adjoining properties and Tenderers should consider this in the method of demolition.

Additional information: To view tender documentation, register/login to Intend, select the relevant tender from the 'current tenders' tab, click on 'Express an Interest' button. In order to view documentation select 'ITT'. All returns, correspondence and any clarification requests should be made through Intend.
