Homeless Care Navigation & Hospital In-Reach Services (Central London)

NHS Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wishes to commission Homeless Care Navigation & Hospital In- Reach Services.

The contract will be for two years with an optional two year extension. It is intended that the new service will commence from October 2015, or earlier. The combined total value of the contract over two years is estimated at circa. £200,000.

Recognising that this service falls within Part B of the Public Contract Regulations 2006, the Contracting Authority has designed a bespoke procurement process akin to the Open Procedure, involving a single-stage procurement.
