West Midland Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking to establish a framework of suppliers across a series of Lots covering the full range of surveying services to meet WMCA objectives.

This opportunity will be broken down into 7 lots as follows:

Lot 1 - Lease Advisory

Lot 2 - Building Surveying Services Lot 3 - Valuation Services Lot 4 - Planning Development / External Advice Lot 5 - Commercial Property Agency Lot 6 - Land and Property Management Lot 7 - Compulsory Purchase

The SSQ should only be completed once, regardless of how many lots you wish to be considered for.

Additional information: There is an option for WMCA to extend this framework for an additional two years to 2021.
