description

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for services to deliver a review of the policy and institutional landscape for eco-innovation in Africa and coordinate a meeting of senior policymakers. This work is intended to support and enhance the impact of research outputs from the RECIRCULATE project (www.recirculate.global).

RECIRCULATE is a 4-year research capacity building project funded by the United Kingdom Research & Innovation (UKRI) Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) programme. The project aims to drive eco-innovation in Africa through capacity building for a safe circular water economy. The project is led by Lancaster University with partners in Ghana, Nigeria, Botswana, Kenya, Malawi and Zambia.

The successful partner will have established working relationships with regional and national governments and their agencies in Africa including all six RECIRCULATE countries (listed above). It will comply with Lancaster University research ethics protocols.

The successful partner should have staff located Africa, and be able to mobilise and begin working with the existing project team before the end of January 2020.
