*PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT* Children in Care - Helplines

The Department for Education currently has 4 Helpline Contracts in place. These contracts are all due to expire on the 31st March 2022 and vary in value. Please see below:

Friends and Family Helpline - £350k pa

Fosterline - Contract Value - £431,966 pa

Legal family support service - £330k pa

Family advice support - £889k pa

The Department is holding an early market engagement event for a potential future opportunity on Wednesday 6 October 2021 at 2pm - 3:30pm via Microsoft Teams to enable interested suppliers to:

• Hear about the potential opportunity(s)
• Have a clear understanding of the outcomes the Department would require in any re-procurement.

All organisations wishing to attend the event (6th October 2021) should email laura.hall@education.gov.uk no later than 12pm 4 October 2021 providing company details and the name of the person(s) attending, job role(s), email address that will be used to access the event link. Please note two individuals per organisation can attend the event. Microsoft Teams invitations will be sent after 12pm 4 October 2021.
