description

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for felling timber in South England Forest District. This includes Oak timber for the annual hardwood auction (up to 1000m3 per year) as well as firewood from the breakdown of Oak crowns. We also fell up to 500m3 per year large pole length douglas fir as well as any chipwood. The Oak and douglas fir are to be brought to roadside as log and pole lengths for customers to pick up, with the firewood and chip to be stacked at roadside.
