CYC is looking to procure the services of a supplier experienced in ground preparation, tree planting and aftercare who is able, in summary, to:
| 1. | Prepare two existing Council owned open public space sites for Miyawaki micro-woodland creation. |
| 2. | Supply and plant trees. |
| 3. | Supply, install and maintain protection from external threats. |
| 4. | Provide woodland aftercare for a period of three years resulting in successful tree establishment. |
| 5. | Provide opportunities for the local community to take part in tree planting/aftercare. |
| 6. | Supply, install and maintain site signage/interpretation up to 31 March 2028. |
| 7. | Monitor and report progress. |
