Outdoor Media Advertising

Sandwell Council's Public Health directorate is responsible for commissioning services that aim to protect, prevent and improve people's health and wellbeing. The services offered include, smoking cessation, weight management, pre diabetes prevention programmes, physical activity, alcohol and drug services, sexual health services amongst others.

Within public health we have a number of different marketing campaigns. Our campaigns are targeted to specific segments within the population. We want to reach these particular segments through using outdoor advertising space. The range of outdoor spaces needs to include: tramline stops, bus stops and street talkers.

We are looking for an agency to develop, design and buy the appropriate space for outdoor advertising in Sandwell, in line with the table below, and to make sure requirements are met for the platform being used, e.g. that posters met requirements for the Bus Stop space or billboard space.
