Herefordshire is a rural area and access to routine dentistry continues to be a significant problem locally. COVID-19 has worsened the position considerably. NHSE/I needs to address this matter and is trying to understand what is preventing adequate dental access in rural areas. A wrap around model of service that is over and above a routine general dental service model is being considered.
