description

Highways England's Smart Motorways Programme (SMP) Product Development and Innovation team is looking at standardisation and modularisation of products on the network. Following the development of a standardised design for the MS4 Gantry superstructure SMP now wishes to review this design to allow for the standardisation of CCTV and review the leg loads produced by this structure so that an assessment can then be made as whether existing MS3 foundations across the SRN will be suitable for re-use with the MS4. The purpose of the task is to develop the standardised design for the MS4 accessible cantilever gantry superstructure.
