The scope of the work is to provide nutritious and balanced meals for lunch to our three nurseries based in Brighton, Hove and Lewes
The requirement is for a diverse menu of hot meals and hot or cold desserts that is 100% vegetarian, ensuring ethnic and cultural meals are palatable to the children.
