Our mission is to positively transform people and their communities. We support individuals, their families and the places they live to prosper - often under challenging circumstances. With our help, people start working, improve their health, develop their skills and fulfil their potential.
Opportunity Overview
We have been engaging in the Future High Potential Initial Teacher Training (HPITT) Programme and are exploring bidding for the next phase as a prime contractor. We are looking for providers who can deliver initial teacher training and other relevant wraparound support. We aim to build a strong network of delivery partners to meet the Department for Education's goals-improving recruitment, retention, and outcomes for schools, trainees, and students. The new procurement will introduce a supplier-neutral brand, a refined definition of "high potential," and a shift toward quality and retention. This is a unique opportunity to support disadvantaged communities, promote social mobility, and shape the future teaching workforce. Reed in Partnership bring cross-sector expertise, experience managing large complex contracts and our social value mission to complement leading ITT providers and deliver agile, high-impact solutions.
