NHS Nottingham City CCG is looking to appoint a single provider to provide a quality, safe and accessible community and domiciliary phlebotomy service for adults across Nottingham City that are on Warfarin anticoagulation therapy or are being monitored under a Shared Care Protocol on behalf of all Nottingham City GP practices and will include:
| • | Taking blood samples as clinically required |
| • | Safe storage of blood samples, ready for transportation to the Pathology laboratory for analysis |
| • | The service will provide a clinic location that is easily accessible. |
| • | The service will provide domiciliary visits to those patients that are unable to attend clinics and meet the relevant criteria. |
NHS Nottingham City CCG invites bids within the total cost envelope of £100,000 (annual contract value), inclusive of all premises, staffing and consumables costs.
The contract term will be for 2 years (1st April 2017- 31st March 2019).
The closing date for completed tenders will be 1st March 2017.
