PREDA (Platform for Rapid Exploitation of Digital Applications) aims to gain an Information Advantage against adversaries through the ability to develop applications and information services at pace by exploiting the technologies, people, and processes used in modern application development and support. Providing information services to enable the necessary information and data for rapid decision making by commanders, reduce planning cycles, reducing staff workloads and deliver operational efficiencies.

Provision of a Platform with supporting subscriptions, training, support and laboratory services. Coupled with the architecture, 2 x multi-skilled DevOps teams, platform operations teams, application support team, system integration test, integration, licenses, compliance, enablers and hosting. The DevOps team will deliver warfighting capability to the users. PREDA is a pan Defence capability that will deliver quality robust, secure and standardised applications and information services quickly to the users at value for money (VfM), and able to be federated across TLBs.

A Commercial competition was ran through the CCS Technology Services 2 Framework, Lot 3d.
