Digifest 2025 Hall 3 build

In March 2025, Jisc will host its premier event, Digifest across two days, at the ICC Birmingham. Digifest is a hybrid event with some of the content live streamed. For insights into past Digifest events, please visit our website.

The core aim of the event is to spotlight innovation and forward-thinking within the UK's educational and research communities. The theme for this year's event is 'to be confirmed'.

We are expecting approximately 1,000 participants at Digifest in-person and 2,000 online. .

Our creative team at Jisc meticulously crafts the themes and concepts for our pivotal events. Hall 3 is designed to encompass the following elements:

• Exhibition area and stands
• Hall 3 main stage
• Jisc area (central)
• Community hub
• Catering spaces

We require a dedicated and visionary build contractor to partner with us in bringing our vision for Digifest. There may be a requirement for the use of sub-contractors to facilitate the full delivery of this contract; in such cases, we refer below to the main contractor as being the bidder and having the contractual relationship with Jisc.
