Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Graphic Design and Print/Print Management Service

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust are seeking providers for a Framework Agreement for a Graphic Design and Print/Print Management Service. Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust specialises in providing Mental Health and Learning Disability Services to a broad spectrum of age groups ranging from young children to the elderly and covering a large geographical area from North Yorkshire to the borders of Tyneside.

The Trust envisages appointing 5 providers to the Framework. The Trust will complete a Mini Competition for each new requirement and all 5 suppliers appointed to the Framework will be invited to compete. There is no guarantee of work. The providers will be required to create new and develop existing design elements to produce a range of products including the Trust magazine, event literature and materials and promotional literature please note the list is not exhaustive.

The print runs will vary on scale from small (less than 100) to large (over 5,000).

The winning bidders must be able to offer both digital and litho printing. The contract will be for 2 years with the option for 2x12 months extensions.
