The Provision of Clinical Assessment, Diagnostics and Treatment Services (Lot 1 – Gynaecology Service, Lot 2 - Gastroenterology including Direct Access to Endoscopy Service and Lot 3 - ENT Service) and a Community Cardiology Service (Lot 4 – Community Cardiology Service) on behalf of NHS Oldham CCG

NHS Oldham Clinical Commissioning Group (NHS Oldham CCG) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced Providers to submit Pre-Qualification Questionnaire documents and, if invited, tenders for The Provision of Clinical Assessment, Diagnostics and Treatment Services and a Community Cardiology Service.

The Provision of Clinical Assessment, Diagnostics and Treatment Services Procurement will be split into the following Lots with the following affordability limits:-

• Lot 1 – Gynaecology Service has an indicative maximum budget of £281,587 per annum including CQUIN
• Lot 2 - Gastroenterology including Direct Access to Endoscopy Service has an indicative maximum budget of £1,434,726 per annum including CQUIN
• Lot 3 - ENT Service has an indicative maximum budget of £574,712 per annum including CQUIN
• Lot 4 – Community Cardiology Service has an indicative maximum budget of £1,060,604 per annum including CQUIN

The aim of these services for Lot 1 – Gynaecology, Lot 2 - Gastroenterology with Direct Access to Endoscopy Procedures and Lot 3 - ENT is to provide a community based diagnostic and treatment service for patients 16 years and above who require the interventions as described within the draft service specifications located on EU-Supply.

The aim of these services for Lot 4 – Community Cardiology is to ensure that patients over the age of 18 with cardiovascular conditions have access to high quality, effective and timely advice, assessment, diagnosis and treatment for their condition as described within the draft service specification located on EU-Supply.

Bidders may submit Bids for any combination of either Lot 1, 2, 3 and 4 or a combination of any Procurement Lots.

The tender process will be conducted similar to that of a two stage restricted procedure.

The contract duration for each Lot will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
