description

The Training and Simulation Systems Programme (TSSP) has a requirement to develop an increasing number of requirements document sets required to support future programmes.

Subject Matter Expertise (SME) must be acquired to support the Requirement Management cell within TSSP to ensure that robust and auditable document sets are created through a System Of Systems Approach (SOSA) whilst ensuring that skills and knowledge transfer are undertaken between such SME and TSSP.

Requirements are to be generated in a SOSA compliant way aligned to Training and Education Architecture (Land) (TEA(L)). This will require a close working relationship with the Authority who will agree and assure all architectural/system engineering outputs (MODAF Views).

Prior to generating a requirement, a SOSA architectural analysis complying with TEA(L) shall be undertaken. The exact nature of the analysis and the associated views generated is to be proposed and agreed with the Authority. This shall require a close working relationship to be established with the Authority's TEA(L) Customer friend. On some occasions the Authority will supply the architecture and architectural analysis as GFE.

Industry specialist to undertake architectural analysis, generating appropriate architectural views in order to produce User Requirement Documentation (URDs) Integrated Test, Evaluation and Acceptance Plans (ITEAPS) and System Requirement Documents (SRDs), for various future TSSP projects.
