<i><u>London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames - Learning Disabilities Tender (Phase One)</u></i> <i> </i> <i>The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames is inviting suitably qualified organisations to tender for the provision of care and supported in supported living and residential care accommodation for Learning Disabilities in the borough. The tender is in line with the Council's Learning Disability Strategy 2014-17 (available at www.richmond.gov.uk) and is part of developing services that have a person centred partnership approach to individuals with learning disabilities. This is Phase One of a 3-year commissioning programme for Learning Disability Services.</i> <i> </i> <i>The tender for Phase One is in three lots consisting of 8 supported living properties (including new properties) and 4 residential care properties, with a mixture of in house services and externally provided services. The contract is for 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.</i> <i> </i> <i>The tender has now been published on the London Tenders portal (www.londontenders.org) and the tender documents can be accessed via registering for free on the London Tenders portal website.
