description
A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022).
- Consultant to carry out Risk Review and risk assessments, in accordance with CS 465, on 5 post tensioned structures.
- Risk Review and Risk assessment shall be based on available information and will assess the need for further investigations and PTSI Site Inspection. Should the need for the PTSI site inspection be identified then this shall be undertaken by the consultant
- Critical sections shall be identified and critical points calculated as part of the risk review.
- Risk review report shall identify where the is insufficient information to carry out a risk assessment. Recommendations on the action needed to collect the necessary information shall be provided in the risk review report.
- Risk management measures shall be recommended in each Risk review report
- When a PTSI site investigation has been identified as a risk management measure, a technical plan shall be prepared in accordance with CS465. HCC may ask that the investigation is implemented but this will be separate to this Work Order
