RA288310 - 3 year Renwal of XMS-Cloud subscription/support + Replacement of XR520 APS

Our licensing, support and subscription for our Cambium XMS-Cloud based wi-fi solution is due for renewal. We require a quote for 3 years (covering 31.8.20 - 30.7.23) that takes in our status as an education service, that includes EasyPass and all modules and Cambium Care Advanced Support. We are also looking to replace all 158 of our XR520 AP's with X2-120 AP's in order to ensure that our campus has consistent AC-capable coverage, so the final quote will need to cover licensing and hardware for the following X2-120 - 158

We will also need continued licensing for the following which are not being replaced

XR620 - 11 XR630 - 35 XD2-230 - 1

The X2-120's will not be able to be put in place until the first half-term starting on October 26th, so the 520's need to be supported up until that point, at which point licenses for the 520's will need to be converted into X2-120 licenses. - Must ensure that all licenses are in place on our cloud system prior to the current licenses expiring to ensure continuation of service.
