NHS Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board (formerly NHS Norfolk & Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group) are seeking Expressions of interest from experienced providers in the Norfolk & Waveney catchment area who are a CQC registered Nursing Home with a minimum of 10 available beds, experienced in taking discharged patients under Pathway 2 of Discharge to Assess.
