WP3677 Fire Protection Service and Maintenance Contract

The Council wishes to procure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver Walsall Council's Fire Safety and Property Access Controls works to various buildings occupied and managed by the Council and any third party organisations that purchase this service.

The Council is looking to appoint 1 [one] Supplier for this Contract, to deliver the service, maintenance, and minor works and repair services as outlined in the technical specification in these documents. This service shall be required to cover a 24hour/365 day period including bank holidays.

These services will be required to a range of Council owned and managed buildings; a list of properties has been issued as part of these ITT documents. Walsall Council reserves the right to add or remove properties to this list as changes to the property portfolio occurs during the life of the contract.

The procurement process being used is the Open Procedure. This process has been advertised in the Find a Tender Service and will be completed in compliance with The Public Contract Regulations 2015 with reference to The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

Fire Alarm systems

? Servicing

? Compliance checks

? Fault Finding

? Replacement of system components and controls ? Extension of modifications to systems ? New Systems

? Remote monitoring of fire call systems

Sprinklers Systems ? Servicing

? Compliance testing ? Fault Finding ? Replacement of Sprinkler heads ? Replacement of pumps ? Modifications of existing systems ? Repairs and replacement of...
