South West London CCG Provision of Children's Continuing Care

NHS South West London Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking to establish new contractual arrangements, potentially in the form of a Framework Agreement or similar, for the provision of Continuing Care services to children.

The new contractual arrangements are seeking to standardise service specifications, quality standards and commercial arrangements for these services. The intention is that the new contractual arrangement shall eventually replace existing contracts entered into by the predecessor CCGs (Croydon, Kingston, Richmond, Merton & Wandsworth and Sutton) which merged to form South West London CCG in April 2020.

SW London CCG is inviting suppliers to take part in some pre-procurement engagement to help validate and refine its procurement approach.
