Cornwall Council Residents Survey 2022-25

Cornwall Council is committed to listening to residents and acting in their best interests. The Council's regular resident survey provides feedback on what is important to people and what they think of their Council, the services it provides and its value for money. This information supports continuous improvement with results directly feeding into business planning and outcome intervention delivery.

Supplier to conduct four annual residents surveys (1 per annum). Each annual survey will consist of approximately 20 questions (mixed multiple choice questions and open format), with the flexibility to add additional questions during the design stage (up to 25 questions in total maximum). Interviews will be conducted in Autumn 2022, Autumn 2023, Autumn 2024 and Autumn 2025, with results published in a publicly accessible report in January 2023, January 2024, January 2025 and January 2026 respectively.

The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes.
