Frampton Park Estate and De Beauvoir Estate - Architect

The requirement is for two Architect firms to act as lead design consultant for two development projects in the London Borough of Hackney: Lot 1 is two sites in the Frampton Park Estate and Lot 2 is four sites in the De Beauvoir Estate. The estimated value of Lot 1 is £450,000 and Lot 2 is £890,000. The two sites on the Frampton Park Estate off Well Street are situated in Victoria Ward in the south-east of the London Borough of Hackney. The four sites on the De Beauvoir Estate off Downham Road are situated in De Beauvoir Ward in the south-west of the London Borough of Hackney. Whilst firms may bid for both lots, no firm will be appointed to both lots.
