Contract 34 - Housing Specialist Asbestos Works 2019-2022

The Authority invites suitably experienced providers for the above Framework to provide Housing Specialist Asbestos Works including 2 Lots.

Lot 1 Asbestos Removals

Lot 2 Asbestos Surveying, Sampling & Analytical

This Framework Contract will ensure availability of skilled Contractors to deliver specialist drainage works requiring differing complexities as required for the Framework Contract, Contract 34 - Housing Specialist Asbestos Works 2019-2022.

Successfully awarded Contractors will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract.

The main areas of activity may comprise of, but not exclusively be limited to; programmes or individual projects including housing/residential works and may be completed in ether of the following forms; houses, flats, bungalows and blocks and any other properties owned by the Authority or its subsidiaries which may also include housing for sale.

Tender responses must be recieved via this electronic portal:- BEFORE - 12:00 noon on 3rd December 2018.

Additional information: The initial contract duration is for thirty six months with an option to extend for a further twelve months after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Contracting Authority's Contract Standing Orders.
