Small and Medium Enterprises - Healthcare Procurement

NHS Arden GEM CSU is looking for healthcare providers, particularly Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs - Organisations with between 1 and 250 employees) to participate in a survey on how they access and apply for healthcare procurements and the potential barriers they may encounter in accessing and applying for opportunities.

Your contribution would be appreciated and a small questionnaire is available on the Bravo Portal for you to complete. It should take less than 10 minutes of your time and the results will be used as part of an MBA dissertation which will help inform NHS Arden GEM CSU with a view of how to improve the procurement process to encourage more participation of SMEs in healthcare procurement. All responses will be treated in confidence and where individual comments are given these will be anonymised. A summary of the findings will be available to those who participate.

If you are not already registered on Bravo you will need to do so to complete the questionnaire and can do so by following the instructions below:-

Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) — Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://gemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk and click the link to register— Accept the terms and conditions and click ‘continue' — Enter your correct business and user details — Note the user-name you chose and click ‘Save' when complete — You will shortly receive an e-mail with your unique password (please keep this secure);

2. Express an Interest in the survey — Login to the portal with the user-name/password — Click the ‘PQQs/ITTs Open To All Suppliers' link. Choose pqq_123 – Small and Medium Enterprises – Healthcare Procurement

3. Click ‘My Response' under ‘PQQ/ITT Details', choose ‘Create Response'. Please complete the questionnaire in the ‘technical envelope’.
