description

Deliver a diverse range of entry level technical resources (Software developers, Dev-Ops and Testers) to support the creation of a talent pipeline into Digital Services (DS). These resources will be selected by DS and will work on live projects for the department. They will receive ongoing training and support from Future Proof throughout their 2 year placement, to ensure that they have the technical skills and competencies to be able to deliver value throughout their placement. This training will be aligned to the GDS skills for the roles and grades and agreed with the Development Manager. DS will support the individuals to become good Civil Servants, with support in how to make good applications and pass interviews. At the end of their placement, it is expected that the resources will be in a position to apply for a technical SEO vacancy, thus increasing the talent pipeline and diversity of resources in DS
