Surrey and East Sussex County Councils and Brighton & Hove City Council have established a joint public sector partnership, Orbis, with the vision to develop an integrated business service offering to their staff and customers.

Information Technology & Digital Service [IT&D], in Surrey County Council are reviewing the market for most appropriate software vendors to fulfil Orbis change management capabilities including:

• oProgramme and Portfolio Management
• oDemand Management and Capacity and Resource Planning
• oBenefits Realisation Management

Solutions need to enable and support business areas, such as Human Resources and Organisational Development, Property Services, Information Technology & Digital, Procurement, Finance and Business Operations in the implementation of a project, programme and portfolio discipline in Orbis to enable Key Objectives.
