Runnymede Borough Council (''the Authority'') requires work to be undertaken to rewire existing electrical installations to tenanted domestic properties within its ownership, comprising houses, flats, communal areas to flatted blocks, maisonettes and bungalows located in various roads in the Borough of Runnymede, Surrey.
