The refurbishment of the existing 6 No lifts serving the 3 No 19 storey blocks of flats and the refurbishment of the external windows to all 3 blocks. The refurbishment of the ground floor lobby areas of each block and the link block and corridors between Princess and Sutton Houses.
Included in the tender is an optional section 11 for the refurbishment of the remaining common areas to each block.
