Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Provider(s) with the appropriate professional competencies, experience and competitive pricing to supply consultancy services in respect to potential low carbon district heating, power, and cooling schemes. Leicestershire County Council and its partners want to build their understanding of the potential for heat networks and to be in a better position to directly support or facilitate the delivery of appropriate solutions in the future.
