Provision of Apprenticeship Training Services

NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) is setting up a framework agreement akin to a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Apprenticeships to the NHS and other public sector bodies who pay the Apprenticeship Levy across England.

The agreement will last for an initial period of 4 years and is open to providers who have qualified to join the Skills Funding Agency Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) only. NHS SBS will evaluate applications at set dates aligned to the RoATP.

NHS SBS is holding a webinar at 14.00 on 28 February 2017 to brief Apprenticeship Providers about the opportunity and provide instructions on the qualification requirements. Please contact Greg Reide at greg_reide@nhs.net if you wish to register your organisation for the webinar.

Additional information: The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations"). As such, the procurement of the Services is being run as a bespoke, single-stage qualification process akin to a Dynamic Purchasing System. NHS SBS does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to Schedule 3 services.
