Due to the overall volume and nature of clarification questions received in respect of this RFQ, OS will revise and publish updated documentation that addresses the questions raised. As a consequence of this, OS has decided to extend the deadline for submission of responses, in order to allow participants time to consider the revised documentation.

OS is looking to develop a suite of APIs to serve the needs of its customers that will come under the banner of Property Data. This has been developed using data from a range of authoritative and trusted sources including: OS, Government Departments, Open Government Licence publishers and other third parties.

This Request for Quotation relates specifically to the Premium Flooding Data API which requires detailed information about property flooding risk.

OS requires quotations from external suppliers for the sourcing of Flooding Data and provision to OS as a service. The data would then be incorporated into an API which can be used to serve the end-user need of obtaining property data for commercial use. The Contract will run for 2 years.
