The Department of Health (DH) seeks to engage the services of an organisation with an expert team on VAT legislation and its implementation, to provide professional review and advice on complex VAT issues of an adhoc nature, including reviewing new contracts for programmes and review complex contracts to assess whether VAT is recoverable.
The successful organisation should have an understanding of the complexities of operating within both Central Government and the NHS.
