The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is seeking to secure a delivery partner who will support The Digitising Social Care Records (DCSR) Programme to accelerate the adoption of digital social care records. The delivery partner will be responsible for the following:

providing hands-on support to 7 ICSs to ensure that the support that they are providing to care providers is effective and resonates with care providers;
supporting the quarterly publication of care provider guidance, tools and template to support the adoption of digital social care records;
establishing a care provider rapid reference group to enable the iterative testing of care provider guidance, tools and templates prior to publication; and
facilitating and hosting a series of monthly care provider masterclasses on a number of topics from change management to contract management and benefits management to staff engagement.
