The Trust has a requirement to appoint an expert provider to deliver an integrated programme of support, to first develop the effectiveness of the Executive team (phase one), and then to widen this focus to support the development of the Trust Board as a whole (phase two). Whilst the Trust is are running a tender for this requirement, the Trust may decide that there is a requirement for further training / development programmes, so there is flexibility in terms of advertised contract value etc.

The Trust is keen for this partner to support its leadership team to work more effectively together and to use collective strength of its leadership team to improve performance, deliver the agreed strategy and realise the Trust's ambitions for the population it serves.
