In order for the events to run smoothly and to be truly interactive, the Authority requires a
managed Audio Visual and interactive IT package including the use of interactive web-based
technology, which allows participants to submit comments and questions to the facilitators
and presenters in a live environment. Hosting this conference at an external venue means
the Authority needs to bring in staging, audio and digital equipment.
