The London Borough of Hackney is conducting an Open procurement process to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation who can demonstrate their ability to work with the Council, its partners (including Sport England) and the local community to deliver Evaluation Services - a detailed and quality process and outcome evaluation of the Hackney Local Delivery Pilot.
