The Authority has a requirement to procure a hand held programmable electronic timer capable of initiating, after a user nominated time delay, a single electronic detonator in an underwater environment. The Contract will comprise of an initial quantity of equipment purchased and options to purchase additional equipment each year for the duration of the Contract.
