Outdoor Media Projects for Museums on the High Street

Background Information:

Following successful ACE Strategic Support Fund application in 2012 that enabled us to carry out significant research into the potential for audience and product development at the Museums Worcestershire sites, Museums Worcestershire is now working on an Arts Council Resilience funded project focused on the next step of this work: building deeper relationships with our partners, supporters and our stakeholders to increase our resilience.

As part of the Arts Council's mission of ‘Great art and culture for everyone’, the Resilience Fund enables museums to become more sustainable and resilient businesses. A key aim of Museums Worcestershire's Resilience project is nurturing relationships with our community, building new and deeper relationships to help us achieve our ambitions. As part of this remit, Museums on the High Street aims to connect visitors emotionally with their local collections and take the essence of the collection out of the building and onto the High Street

Funding:

The Council will pay the successful provider a maximum of £8,000 for the full provision of the service detailed in the Service Specification Appendix 1

Timescales:

*Following evaluation of part 1 and 2 of the tender, suppliers still under consideration will be invited to Present their bid during a 60 minute meeting (45 minutes to cover your response to questions 7.1 to 7.4 and 15 minutes for the panel to ask questions) plus be able to evidence how they will have the experience and capacity to meet demand in the specific programmes they have tendered for.
