The Department would like:
| 1. | Review and refinement to aspects of the modelling in the original contract including the impact that e-bikes could make in uptake of cycling and the interaction between cycling and walking investment. |
| 2. | Preparation of two publishable reports: |
| o | The first report would detail underlying evidence behind the modelling developed in the original contract and additional analysis (ebikes, interaction of cycling/walking investment) and how this has led to the functionality of the model. |
| o | The second report would detail results from the models, including a description of the scenarios and specific assumptions. |
| 3. | Presentations of the evidence and modelling to stakeholders inc ministers, OGDs and external bodies. |
| 4. | Preparation of a short paper summarising the existing evidence on how transport can enable people to access employment and progress into higher-skilled, higher-paid work with case studies attached. |
