The objective of this work package is to support the implementation of the review recommendations agreed by the Highways England Executive Committee. Specifically it has the following aims:
| (i) | Provide technical and programme support to Highways England to assist in the successful delivery of the DMRB review programme; |
| (ii) | Identify and support the development and implementation of new ways of working to streamline the Standards development and review process. |
