The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Professional Services - Property Services. The Framework Agreement will replace the current arrangement which expires on 31st December 2017. This Framework Agreement will comprise of three (3) Lots which are as follows: Lot 1 Commercial Sales - which includes auction sales, acquisitions, valuations, lettings, management and specialist advice, Lot 2 Residential Sales - which includes acquisitions, valuations, lettings, management and Lot 3 - Retail Sales - which includes acquisitions, valuations, lettings, and management. The total estimated value over 4 years is £5.75 million. The London Borough of Hackney wishes to engage/work in partnership with an external Providers whose professional services can be called upon to deliver the above service requirements. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of four (4) years and it is intended that the Framework Agreement will commence on 8th January 2018. The London Borough of Hackney welcomes organisations that can provide high quality and cost effective services under one, two or all three lots. It is of key importance that an effective Framework Agreement is in place which supports the Council's requirements including reliability, quality, cost, and appropriate safety measures. The scope of the procurement exercise requires the successful Provider(s) to: • Deliver a high performing and efficient service; • Ensure best price and best value practice is achieved for the Council; • Provide a safe, reliable and efficient service for the Council; • Show an innovative partnering approach to working with the Council.
