Local Pharmaceutical Service — Dudley Priory

NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS Arden & GEM CSU) on behalf of NHS England (West Midlands) is inviting suitably qualified providers to deliver Local Pharmaceutical Services (LPS) at Dudley Priory.

These Services are provided under section 41 of the National Health Service Act 1977 (Arrangements for Pharmaceutical Services) or by virtue of section 41A of the Act (Arrangements for providing additional Pharmaceutical Services, other than Practioner Dispensing Services).

The provision of local pharmaceutical services (LPS) in compliance with the requirements of regulation 102 of the regulations in the Dudley Priory area. Services have been delivered through an LPS contract in this area since 2008. This contract has an anticipated start date of 01.05.16 as the existing contract will cease on 31.04.16.

Additional information: The Invitation to Tender (ITT) Questionnaire is anticipated to be published on 23rd November 2015, and deadline for responses is 18th December 2015.
